To support our growth, we are seeking an experienced marketing manager to oversee daily activities. Ideal candidates have strong people skills and proven success managing multiple projects across marketing responsibilities. We need someone skilled in social media, branding and website management. Additionally, you'll display a proven ability to develop and maintain an environment of trust, diversity, and inclusion within a team.If you enjoy working in a fast paced, constantly changing environment with lots of opportunity to grow with the organization, UNCAGED is a fit for you!ResponsibilitiesDevelop the company's marketing strategy and oversee all initiativesEstablish key metrics to analyze campaign performance to allocate funds and determine ROIManage external agencies to translate Uncaged goals into actionable objectivesManage the company's social media strategy and accountsPlan marketing materials in line with our brand visionCopywriting for various projects including content for our website and collateral piecesEstablish branding guidelines and collaborate with external partners and clients for implementationEvent coordination for partner events and tradeshowsTake images and videos of pieces for use in postsKeep on top of industry trends to drive our marketing strategiesSkills and QualificationsProven successful track record in marketingExperience with B2B2C products and audiencesComfortable in a fast-paced environmentExperience managing Instagram and LinkedIn accountsExperience working for a technology company or fashion brand is a plusExperience working for a start-up is a plusTerms of Employment:
