Linebarger Goggan Blair & Sampson, LLP is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented

Graphic Designer

to join its Communications & Marketing team. The Graphic Designer works closely with the Director of Communications & Marketing to develop creative and engaging collateral to promote the firm's business.Linebarger is a national law firm that specializes in government collections. We help governmental entities (i.e., state agencies, cities, counties, and school districts) recover unpaid taxes, fees, and fines that are needed to support public infrastructure.This position works onsite at the firm's headquarters in Austin.Key Responsibilities:Distill complex topics into compelling imagery that reflects the firm's current services and products and resonates with our government clients.Develop creative collateral for digital and print publication, including ads, event invitations, brochures, proposals/reports, presentations, social media, and other law firm marketing materials.Proficiency in laying out/transferring Adobe designs into Word or PowerPoint products.Ensure brand consistency across all creative collateral.Be familiar with the State Bar of Texas advertising requirements and ensure specified creative collateral adheres to those requirements.Maintain the library of all creative assets (logos, icons, photos) and final products, especially those that are submitted to and approved by the State Bar.Assist with other offices' graphics and logo requests.Qualifications:2-5 years design experience, or equivalent, preferably within a professional services firm or design firm.Demonstrate technical skills.Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Acrobat) and Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong working knowledge of PC computer systems.Familiarity with commercial printers and service bureaus.Familiarity preparing documents for print and digital distribution.Web knowledge, including HTML and CSS, the ability to troubleshoot, and experience with various email and Web browsers.Ability to work under tight deadlines, with multi-tasking skills and a team player mentality.Detailed oriented with excellent organizational/communication skills.Ability to work quickly with a low production error rate.Minimum Education:Bachelor's degree in graphic design or related field required.
