What You Will Do:

The Director, Omni Client Experience – Retail Marketing for ARMANI beauty in the US will lead the development & execution of omni client experiences across all retail channels and retailers, with a particular focus on retail marketing operations and hallmarks. With a sharp client-centric mindset, this critical role requires a high level of operational excellence and will be responsible for all retail programs and animations, including promotional development, gifts with purchase and PLV management.

The ideal candidate is a highly experienced self-starter & entrepreneurial thinker who will influence multiple cross-functional teams including our global brand partners as a thought leader, advocating for the US client & market needs.

Job Duties and Accountabilities

High level of operational excellence

US leadership of retail and trade marketing operations with a focus on hallmarks and brand animations

Develop and execute a comprehensive retail marketing strategy that aligns with overall brand objectives and drives profitable growth.

Analyze and optimize the effectiveness of retail marketing efforts, constantly seeking opportunities to maximize ROI and exceed KPIs.

Foster strong relationships with cross-functional partners, including DMI, Sales, Category Marketing, Creative, and E-commerce, to ensure seamless integration of retail marketing efforts.

Be a passionate brand steward, ensuring consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all retail touchpoints.

Stay ahead of the curve on emerging retail trends, technologies, and consumer behaviors, proactively identifying opportunities to elevate the brand and drive innovation.

Deliver consistent year-over-year growth in key performance indicators, including retail sales, product margin growth, ROI of activations and E&O reduction.

Track, measure, and report on the performance of all retail marketing activities, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future initiatives.

Manage and optimize the retail activations budget, ensuring efficient resource allocation and maximum return on investment.

Balancing Brand Consistency with Retailer Demands: This role requires a delicate balance between maintaining the brand's unique identity and voice while adapting to the specific requirements and promotional calendars of various retail partners. This often involves negotiating win-win solutions that meet both the brand's long-term objectives and the retailer's immediate needs, ultimately enhancing the consumer experience.

Adapting to the Evolving Retail Landscape: With the rapid evolution of consumer behavior, digital channels, and retail technology, this role demands constant analysis and strategic adaptation to stay ahead of the curve. This involves evaluating and integrating emerging channels (e.g., social commerce), adopting data-driven approaches to personalization and targeting, and leveraging innovative in-store technologies to enhance the consumer experience and drive sales.

Navigating a Complex Operational Structure: Success depends on effectively collaborating with multiple internal stakeholders across various levels and departments, and leading complex projects through highgly detailed project management. This requires strong communication, influencing skills, and adaptability to align priorities, gain buy-in on initiatives, and navigate evolving work processes to drive results in a dynamic corporate environment.

What We Are Looking For:

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required

8-10 years of industry, project management or marketing experience

Experience working on a multifunctional team

Strong knowledge and awareness of beauty industry, market and competitive trends

Self-motivated, results-oriented, creative thinker

Effective negotiation, communication and organizational skills.

Attention to detail, customer-service orientation and creativity in problem solving

Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office programs including Power BI, Adobe, Salesforce

Preferred Qualifications:

Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively manage relationships with international internal and external teams.

Strong execution, leadership and decision-making skills

Ability to clearly articulate direction and strategies, drive forward goals and objectives, participate in senior- level management decision making, and facilitate operational excellence at all levels.

Salary Range : $140,100 - $203,200
