Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Regional Marketing is a leadership position on the Channel Marketing team, reporting to the Director, Channel Marketing. This role is responsible for developing strategic and meaningful relationships with Marvin's key dealer, builder and architect customers and will be accountable for the Regional Marketing team's consistent engagement with customers across markets of opportunity in support of business priorities. Leveraging their relationships with Marvin's key audiences, this role is also responsible for validating market and audience insights to inform marketing strategies and drive growth within the channel.To be successful in this role, you must be a strategic thinker, strong collaborator, excellent communicator and excel at working in a fast-paced environment while leading a team to plan local market strategies and develop key customers.Highlights of your role

Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and influencers across channel audiences - dealer, builder and architect - to build loyalty and drive growth

Engage in Marvin key markets, collecting, analyzing and evaluating information, and identifying opportunities for business in regions of opportunityDevelop, implement and maintain strategies and sales enablement tools for cross-audience business growth, specific to product launches and dealer programsLead a team of Regional Marketing Managers, living and working across the country to build loyalty and drive growth with dealers, builders and architectsBuild and maintain partnership with sales leadership to inform, develop and implement channel strategies and annual audience planning effortsDesign standard operating procedures (SOP) for the Regional Marketing team to ensure efficient, effective and consistent role execution and partnership with the sales teamEnsure proper reporting of all Regional Marketing team activities and processes, utilizing the respective systems and collaborating cross-functionally as neededResponsible for key audience insights, bringing personas forward to lead annual campaign planning efforts in collaboration with the market insights, product marketing and brand strategy teamsLead the development of local and regional audience strategies, creating and implementing sponsorship and association chapter criteria for Marvin investmentsIn partnership with the Channel Program team, lead the implementation of annual audience-based business planning with sales counterparts, setting consistent expectations and bringing forward the right systems and processes to plan, execute and report on business planning objectivesNegotiate and align on Channel- led project KPI's, business goals, budgets, resources and timelines with collaborative stakeholdersSalary Range

$115,000 - $155,000

Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field10+ years of Marketing experience, or relevant sales or customer experience backgroundAbility to travel up to 40% of the timeProficiency in Microsoft Office programsExperience with Salesforce CRM
