The Opportunity:We are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Specialist to help us in our overall marketing efforts. You will be an integral part of the strategy, development, and execution of a variety of marketing initiatives - with a focus on digital marketing and external communications.

The Candidate:Successful candidates must have a strong work ethic with the ability to learn and adapt quickly. As part of the Marketing team, you will be working in a fast-moving environment managing multiple projects at once, while closely collaborating with others. This role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, project management skills and the ability to effectively communicate ideas.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesDevelop deep understanding of target audience behavior on-and-off site to better inform and optimize creative, conversion points, and channels utilized.Plan, create, execute, and monitor multichannel campaigns that drive target audiences from awareness through to conversion utilizing search, social media, on-site ads, email and more.Monitor key performance indicators such as reach, conversion rate, cost per acquisition, and quality of converted audience to understand performance and drive continuous improvement.Identify marketing trends and key opportunities for innovation.Collaborate closely with marketing team members and other internal stakeholders (e.g. sales, procurement, operations) to ensure alignment and successful implementation of marketing initiatives.Implement strategies and support administration of manufacturer marketing co-op programs.Conduct A/B testing, interpret and analyze data, identify and implement optimization opportunities.Manage and curate content for social media to drive website traffic and increase customer engagement.Craft effective messaging and develop engaging content for both print and digital.Effectively utilize communication vehicles to effectively promote products, services, customer events, eCommerce platform and overall company brand.Work with external agencies and vendors to execute effective marketing programs.Coordinate and provide support for marketing events, tradeshow, and customer seminars, including overseeing logistics, managing registrations, and developing promotional collateral.Contribute to the team environment by performing related tasks as required.Qualifications:2+ years' experience in B2B marketing, communications, advertising, or related field.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or related field.Great work ethic; Thrives working in highly collaborative environment.Excellent organizational and time management skills; Strong attention to detail.Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Fast learner with ability to problem solve.Good understanding of analytics, data, and reporting in Google Analytics or similar tools is preferred.Experience working within a website CMS preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams).Experience with InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Marketo, or SproutSocial a plus, but not required.Exemplifies qualities of our leadership mindset of
