We are a growing heavy construction company specializing in demolition, wet utility, installation, earthwork, and other transportation-related services. We provide value to our clients and the project owners throughout the entire process.

Our coverage area typically includes the Southern front range in Colorado. delivering high-quality projects on time and within budget while maintaining the highest standards of safety and efficiency.

Position Overview:The Sales Representative is responsible for generating leads, building relationships with our clients, and closing sales deals to meet revenue targets. The ideal candidate will be a motivated self-starter with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales.

Responsibilities:Identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, networking, and referrals.Build and Maintain Client Relationships:Identify opportunities for new sales with existing clients as well as new ones.Establish and nurture relationships with our clients to understand their business objectives and challenges.Research and understand the needs of prospective clients to qualify leads.Conduct presentations and services demonstrations to showcase the value of the company's services.Effectively communicate the features and benefits of the company's products or services to potential clients.Tailor presentations to address the specific needs of each client.Work closely with clients to address concerns, answer questions, and finalize agreements.Set and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.Provide feedback to construction teams based on client interactions.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions, sales activities and transactions.Prepare regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer service, and product development, to ensure a cohesive and positive customer experience.Update and post regularly to social media. Twice a week. One post per division per week.Take pictures of jobsites/work and work with IT to update website on a bi-annual basis.Join estimators on job walks to meet and familiarize themselves with our scope of work and our client base.

Qualities/Skills/Knowledge:Proven experience in sales, with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Utilize strong negotiation skills to close sales deals.Results-driven with a focus on achieving sales goals.Knowledge of the construction industry with an emphasis on demolition, heavy civil construction a plus.Knowledge of products/services offered by Iron Mountain.Accurately and specifically communicate with our customers Iron Mountain's capabilities as a company and how we can align with their goals as a company.Familiarity with CRM software and sales processes.

Education:A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Experience:2 to 5 years of sales experience.

Work Environment:This position may require travel, attendance at industry events, and flexible working hours.

Salary:

55,000 USD annually plus commission.
