JOB SUMMARY:
The Project Manager, Global Marketing CNS is a dynamic and detail-oriented member of the Global Marketing team leading the planning for projects and launches for CNS indications. Responsibilities include successfully planning, executing, and finalizing projects per scope and budget. The Project Manager possesses expert-level project management skills, has extensive launch and go-to-market planning experience, and strong communication skills.
This is a full time, exempt position that reports to the Director, Global CNS Marketing and is based in our Chesterbrook, PA office.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across multiple international locations to define and execute detailed go-to-market plans in line with CNS and future new indications' business strategy
Identify critical paths, potential risks, and unknowns to support optimal launch readiness and risk mitigation
Communicate with stakeholders across the organization to support effective collaboration and alignment on launch activities
Capture key progress metrics along the launch readiness timeline and communicate regularly and effectively this progress, highlighting areas of success and risk to cross-functional partners and senior leadership
Address challenges and remove obstacles to meet key launch execution milestones
Ensure that all budgetary objectives are tracked and adjust to project constraints based on financial forecasting
Implement standardized launch readiness practices to all new indications when appropriate
Provide subject-matter expertise in launch excellence discipline, supporting other members of the team in their development
Support positive, customer-centric culture
Perform other function-related duties as required
QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE:
BS required (relevant subject matter)
7+ years' experience in biopharmaceutical, DME, life sciences, or medical device setting, with 2+ years in a commercial setting
Prior launch experience required
Project Management / PMP training required; certification preferred
Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed environment
Exceptional oral and written communications skills
Experience managing global projects and building relationships and rapport across functions and markets
Internal motivation to meet deadlines and deliver project objectives
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to manage a high volume of project information and details
Demonstrated success applying skills in change management, including building consensus, influencing, and effectively supporting colleagues in the timely completion of deliverables and tasks across stakeholders
Flexibility and agility in the face of a high-paced and fast-changing launch environment
Strong sense of connection to the corporate mission and passion for delivering success for our patients
Fluent with project management tools (MS Project, Asana, Smartsheet) and general office tools (PowerPoint, Excel)
Knowledge of operations and commercial practices in the pharmaceutical industry
OTHER:
Ability to lift up to 20 pounds
Travel to other Novocure locations as needed (20-30%)
