Marketing Analyst

.

Supports and uses professional knowledge in promoting production, sales, and marketing activities across the business unit . Analyzes market data to monitor the performance of existing sales and / or marketing strategies and procedures. Must analyze patterns and effectively draw conclusions from data related to the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace. Applies commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures within marketing function.

Lead marketing communication efforts to improve capabilities related to digitalization approach, Wacker Academy offerings, our web presence, literature, information bulletins, and an improved, more structured social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).

Lead for select key commercial process ownership and optimization across the business unit. These processes and accountabilities include but are not limited to Salesforce opportunity management; competitive market database; import data optimization, customer segmentation and channel optimization and portfolio analysis/coordination/preparation as it relates to business projects. efforts.

Position Responsblties

Develops and executes market strategies for assigned market segments, inclusive of a formal,

Market Development Plan. Identify, research and execute market development projects

Provides key business objects data and preliminary analysis/interpretation to the BTs commercial teams which will include sales/orders, forecasts, profitability, complaints, inventory & pricing. Develops and maintains SalesForce dashboards for opportunities, Infoline leads and marketing campaigns.

Maintains up-to-date master data base, including competitive information. Responds to

management requests for information, data, and synthesizes this into effective presentations.

Analyzes data from Business Warehouse to establish clear and useful picture of current

business scenarios.

Develops preliminary market study reviews and generates prospect lists in certain identified markets to enhance penetration

Supports larger trade shows including lead follow up, and other requests and special projects made by the BTs

Position Qualifications

2+ years relevant experience

Bachelor's degree

High proficiency with SAP business warehouse and Microsoft Office Suite.

Collect, analyze and present information regarding sales, profitability, markets & competition.

Perform market research in designated areas.

Systematic and analytical approach to data analysis, preparation and evaluation. Ownership of databases used for market information and business team planning.

Development of presentations for all levels of management.

Highly motivated and results oriented.

Team oriented.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills across different business functions.

Ability to work in a team and independently with a high degree of organization and time management.

Ability to drive and implement change.

Exceptional project management leadership and influence skills.
