Essential Functions
Duties of student employees in the Adobe Creative Space include:
Provide multimedia and graphic design educational support to Auburn students, faculty, and staff in their use of Adobe Creative Cloud applications, mainly at the Adobe help desk in the Adobe Creative Space.
Assist Auburn students, faculty, and staff in their use of Adobe Creative Cloud in-person and/or through Zoom via one-on-one consultations or small group instruction.
Assist Auburn students, faculty, and staff in their use of technology in the Adobe Creative Space such as use of an AV presentation system, computing hardware.
May assist with live instruction such as workshops, instructional sessions and Adobe-related events.
May help develop, curate, and maintain instructional content on the academic application of Adobe apps.
Continue learning in Adobe Creative Cloud.
Minimum Qualifications
Enrolled undergraduate student at Auburn University.
Expectations:
Some experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud.
Some knowledge of design principles.
Customer service skills.
Motivation to learn.
Preferred Qualifications
Extensive experience in using Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
Extensive knowledge in design principles.
Pay Rate
$9.00/hour
Work Hours
Up to 20 hours per week, typically 8 am-10 pm M-Th, 8 am-9 pm F, 1 pm-10 pm Sun
