Recharge and rejuvenate with ample vacation time, ensuring you return to work with newfound enthusiasm.Career Launchpad : Propel your career forward with projects that are not just tasks but missions, shaping industries and driving change.QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS:The qualifications and skill requirements for this position include:Bachelor's degree or a minimum of four (4) years proven professional work experience in project development, coordination, management, and instructional design;Excellent verbal and written communication skills;Adept in research and report writing;Strong leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills;Motivated self-starter with high character and integrity;Technical knowledge to include proven knowledge of Microsoft Office, Windows based computer application tools, LMS and database applications;Ability to interact and work diplomatically with a diverse population including support staff, faculty, and college and state administrators in a timely and confidential manner;Ability to train and supervise more than a dozen part time employees/trainers;Ability to make decisions without the assistance of training or policy manuals or regular intervention from a director or dean;Ability to maintain strict accuracy and be detail oriented;Ability to plan, schedule and coordinate resources;Knowledge and skills in designing and developing surveys and evaluations;Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The essential job functions and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Supervise the IPDAE Training Facilitators and overseeing the planning and implementation of resource development and coordination;Represent and promote IPDAE through trainings and presentations at the local and state level;Collaborate in the writing of grants;Track, manage and report monthly expenditures of IPDAE budget including customization of contracts, purchasing, procurement and budgeting;Research, write, organize, and maintain documents;

Facilitate direct interaction and provide technical support to adult educators via emails, calls, help desk inquiries and virtual learning communities;Coordinate events throughout all 67 counties in Florida to ensure equal access and equal support in successfully using these innovative instructional strategies and resources;

Train and supervise IPDAE training facilitators to ensure that they are correctly disseminating learning resources and training, while working effectively with adult educators and administrators.

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:The specific duties and responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:Coordinate with IPDAE Director and Training Facilitators to ensure the mission and goals of IPDAE are met;Facilitate the development and dissemination of materials such as brochures, newsletters, and website updates;Supervise not less than a dozen part time employee/trainers;Plan, coordinate, and facilitate the organizing of special events;Communicate and collaborate with project developers and partnering organizations/institutions;Complete forms and compile supporting documentation for quarterly reporting to the FDOE;Collect, review and vetting of IPDAE Training Facilitator submitted resources for adherence to compliance protocol;Develop, maintain, and facilitate customer relations and support;Coordinate the activities of the Subject Matter Experts (SME) at all host sites to ensure consistency of resource and training delivery;Assist in the development and implementation of instructional resources and materials for improving adult education outcomes;Coordinate and facilitate scheduled meetings with partners and agencies for the Director of IPDAE;Represent Director in his/her absence;Support the daily operations and interactions of IPDAE by responding to inquiries and request for information and similar office duties;Complete other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director of IPDAE.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:This position requires an ability to sit, stand, walk, bend, lift, reach up, stoop, and carry items occasionally in excess of twenty-five (25) pounds. It also requires manual dexterity to operate standard office machines, such as, copier, fax, calculator, telephone, and other equipment as necessary. IRSC expects its employees to follow proper safety standards while employed by the College.
