SALARY:

$20.00/hr - $23.65+ per hour, the posted salary range represents the minimum to the midpoint within RVU's compensation plan. RVU's full compensation structure provides a minimum to a maximum range.

The salary of the finalist(s) selected for this role will be set based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skill, knowledge, experience, education, and credentials.

RVU offers a full benefits package that includes Health, Dental and Vision insurance, along with 2 weeks (minimum) accrued paid vacation days per year, 12 accrued sick days per year, personal days, 13

paid holidays and 401(K) match up to 7% based on employee's contribution.

Responsibilities

Annual Strategy Execution: Understand the developed yearly marketing plans for existing programs, aligning with the university program leaders and students to execute.Market Insights: Keep up to date on emerging trends, opportunities, and challenges, to understand best tactics to execute.Digital Marketing: Implement digital marketing campaigns, leveraging various channels such as display advertising, social media (paid and organic), email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).Traditional Marketing: Coordinate traditional marketing efforts, including print advertising, direct mail, and promotional events.Performance Analysis: Understand marketing metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs), using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote RVU's programs, events, and overall brand.Brand Management: Ensure consistent and effective representation of the university's brand across all marketing channels.Content Creation: Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling and relevant content for various marketing channels, including website, brochures, and presentations.Event Coordination: Plan and execute marketing events, including open houses, webinars, and outreach programs to connect with prospective students.
