Job DescriptionResponsibilities: Responsible for oversight of the seasonal lease up and turnover process.Oversees property staff.Conducts periodic apartment inspections.Conducts weekly inspection of the property and prepares a summary report of the property activity, conditions observed, and traffic.Addresses and resolves any emergencies that arise.Showcases available apartments and processes applications for prospective residents.Approves invoices for payments.Walks the property regularly to inspect for cleanliness and curb appeal.Effectively manages maintenance technicians.Regularly communicates with residents on an as-needed basis.Reviews expenses and assists in the preparation of annual budget requirements.Handles resident rent collections and delinquencies, late notices, and posting rents.Consistently provides residents with the highest quality of service and support.Daily, weekly, and monthly owner reporting.Qualifications: Minimum of three years of property management experience (Required)Yardi (Preferred)Must have excellent computer skills as well as proficiency in the following software programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, and OutlookAbility to organize and problem-solveStrong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.Strong time management, follow up, administrative and organizational skills.Ability to work independently, organize tasks, manage time, and prioritize projects.Affordable Housing/LIHTC/Section 8 experience (REQUIRED)Additional Information: Properties: Cider Village - 40 Units and Roosevelt Apartments - 52 UnitsOn Site Housing required (3 bedroom/2 bath)Schedule: Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)Pay: $22- $25 hourlyThe above job description is not intended to be an all-inclusive list of duties and standards of the position.
