If you're looking for a dynamic environment where creativity thrives and ideas come to life, you've come to the right place.Our amazing range of products include the award-winning Franklin & Sons premium soft drinks & craft mixer range, the student favourite VK , the 90s icon HOOCH and our category disrupting All Shook Up and Shake Baby Shake canned cocktails.Our Head Office is based within our own award winning 4-star Hotel CASA in Chesterfield, North East Derbyshire.Role overview:We're on the lookout for an experienced content professional to lead our talented team of content managers in building and delivering engaging content strategies to set our brands apart from the competition.This role is office based 4 days per week, one day per week working from home.Key Responsibilities:Manage team of content managers, ensuring they are delivering against agreed KPIs and objectivesAdvise on overall content strategy for the brand portfolioOwn the Drive the content planning, execution and measurement for the brands and deliver engaging, effective content across all designated channelsLead monthly content ideation sessionLead weekly content team meetings to share best trending content themes and reactive content ideasDeliver monthly content calendars, with all content overseen by relevant brand manager before going live.Deliver a minimum of 4 content creation days per month (e.g. shoots, reactive content, etc)Attend all relevant brand activations to capture engaging content to be delivered across relevant channelsOwn the creation of content for paid ad strategy for your brand(s)Work with brand team to develop social media guidelines for your brands including, but not limited to, tone of voice, visual identity and overall aesthetic.Own the community management for your portfolio, ensuring all comms are in keeping with brand tone of voiceOwn and manage email strategy for your portfolio including content creation and email database managementTo work with third party suppliers and influencers to ensure a flow of effective, engaging and credible content that aligns to brand strategy/guidelinesTo ensure you keep up to date with your audience what content do they find engaging, who do they listen to, what channels work best and to build that into your plansTo ensure all activities are measured and that performance is reported each month to validate ROI and ensure learnings are reflected for future contentManage spend in line with agreed budgets, following all internal PO proceduresSupport the content creation/liaison for PR activity, both editorial and advertorial, alongside the brand managerThe person:People management experienceExperience gained working in a strategic content roleAn experienced communicator and content creator who is passionate about great contentKnowledge and understanding of channel neutral content marketing across traditional and digital channelsHigh energy levels with the capacity to deliver operational tasksStrong written and verbal communication skillsEvidence of continuous learning up to date on new techniques and content marketing principlesThe offer:Competitive salaryEnrolment into our health & wellness schemeCompany pensionFree lunch dailyFree on-site parkingThe chance to be part of something bigger to make your mark, leave a legacy, and change the game in ways you never thought possible.Global Brands Ltd proudly manages its Talent Acquisition and onboarding processes in house.
