The Manager will have the responsibility of defining and owning a reporting strategy that consistently delivers value and visibility into all aspects of marketing performance. The reporting environment will be prominent in both decision-making as well as providing visibility to a varied stakeholder base from contributors to executive management. The role requires a deep understanding of marketing metrics, strong analytical capabilities, and the ability to communicate effectively to stakeholders of all levels.The Main ResponsibilitiesDevelop and manage comprehensive marketing reporting strategies that align with business objectives and KPIs.Create regular and ad hoc reports on marketing campaign performance, ROI, and specific funnel performance from a historical and real-time lens.Innovative and strategic contributor through best practices and emerging technologies such as Artificial Intelligence in marketing analytics and reporting.Work with peer teams to understand data sources and how best to use reporting and analytics.Oversee the majority of marketing reporting needs, managing requests and resources to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and completeness.Manage/assist with third-party relationships with vendors as needed.What We Look For in a Candidate6-8 years of experience in a reporting role with a proven record of people management.Prior experience working in a marketing function preferred.Strong experience with Power BI and in-depth knowledge of current functionality. Ability to leverage with other Microsoft tools or similar is a plus.Ability to be highly successful in a matrix management organization and delivering within high-performing teams (direct and virtual).Excellent communication, writing skills, and presentation skills for a senior audience.Agile methodology nice to have.Good understanding of Adobe applications and familiarity with other Martech systems.Proficiency with SQL a must and experience with Microsoft Azure (or similar platform) preferred.CompensationThe starting salary for this role differs based on the employee's primary work location. Employees typically do not start at the top of the range, though compensation depends on each individual's qualifications.Location Based Pay Ranges$111,480 - $148,630 in these states: AR, ID, KY, LA, ME, MS, NE, SC, SD$117,340 - $156,450 in these states: AL, AZ, FL, GA, IA, IN, KS, MO, MT, ND, NM, OH, OK, PA, TN, UT, VT, WI, WV, WY$123,210 - $164,280 in these states: CO, HI, MI, MN, NC, NH, NV, OR, RI$129,080 - $172,100 in these states: AK, CA, CT, DC, DE, IL, MA, MD, NJ, NY, TX, VA, WAAs with the pay range variety that's based on the region of a country, specific offers are determined by various factors such as experience, education, skills, certifications, and other business needs.What to Expect NextBased on your job application information, you may be given the opportunity to complete a video interview immediately after applying.
