You'll be the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a positive resident experience from move-in to move-out. Your responsibilities include managing property cleanliness and curb appeal, overseeing maintenance tasks, and assisting with leasing and rent collection. You'll collaborate on property capital improvement projects and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Regular property visits and community meetings will be essential to maintaining a high standard of community living.
