This position is Full-Time | Hourly | Monday through Friday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm | Full Benefits.Must have tax credit experience and Spanish speaking is preferred.Pay Range: $37.00 - $39.00 / HourWHY YOU ARE THE PERFECT FIT:You have experience with tax credit and lease-up propertiesYou bring a minimum of 2-3 years of experience managing an apartment communityYou have a good working knowledge and can execute professional-level leadership and customer service skillsYou have prior knowledge and or experience in interior and exterior renovationYou can create and maintain financials, budgets, and reportingYou possess good communication skills both verbal and writtenYou have a passion for helping othersYou have a strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and OutlookYou ideally have experience in Yardi and/or MRIYou possess a valid drivers license and proof of automobile liability insurance coverageWHY YOU WANT TO WORK HERE:CONAM Management Corporation is an experienced, full-service real estate and property management firm which has been in the business for over 40 years.
