Key Responsibilities:
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the Communications Manager.Helping to implement internal and external communications strategies and projects.Preparing expense reports.Assisting with planning of meetings and special events.Creating detailed and visually appealing graphics.Drafting and posting social media according to the company's social media strategy.Conducting market research to better understand the organization and its target audience.Assisting the Communications Manager with the management of the company's external image.Helps draft, coordinate, and track communications deliverables for special projects and communications initiatives.Meets regularly with the Communication Manager to manage and determine priorities.Performs similar and related duties as assigned.Preferred Qualifications:At least two years' experience in communications, marketing, or related fields.Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.An understanding of social media strategies and media relations.Above average knowledge of various social media platforms, including Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn and Facebook.
