This position will support our Event & Exhibit Services team. It is eligible to work a hybrid schedule, generally requiring work in-office and/or show-site 2-3 days per week. The ideal candidate will be based out of Orlando, FL.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsible for planning and scheduling layout resources for upcoming events
Responsible for updating the Graphics Pipeline events with assigned resources, quarterly
Assigns Passport Line items as directed.
Daily management of the layout staff.
Manage assignment workflow and follow up with Layout staff
Acts as a liaison between Design, Detail and Graphic production.
Processes and distributes approved Graphic Production Orders (GPO’s)
Enters time daily in Workfront
Approves Workfront timesheets for layout resources weekly
Hiring and onboarding new resources
Work with growth teams on scheduling of line item delivery
Utilize layout experience as needed during busy times
Perform yearly performance appraisals
Performs other duties as assigned.
Education & Experience
Strongly Preferred 5 years experience in graphic layout
Strongly preferred management/leadership experience
Industry experience is a plus
Create, produce, and manage a wide variety of visual communications (banners, signage, structural graphics)
Utilize strong management/leadership skills in a team environment
Utilize layout experience as needed during busy times
