Your Role at Raising Cane’s:

The Marketing Communications Manager provides strong functional support to identify, develop and execute national program campaign and brand integration activations to deliver targeted, timely and on brand messaging to meet business growth objectives.

Your Impact and Responsibilities:

• Supports and actively participates in development of the annual campaign calendar

• Leads development of brand campaigns by developing execution recommendations and launch plans

• Provides restaurant marketing team campaign and brand program details to successfully deploy campaigns and brand programs to the restaurants

• Works cross-functionally across enterprise to ensure all aspects of campaigns are effectively communicated and to ensure that all relevant company functions are delivering on support of campaign execution

• Identifies, analyzes, develops, and executes brand integration opportunities to increase Raising Cane’s brand awareness on a national level

• Monitors marketplace trends and provide insights to potentially impact campaign and brand programs

• Provides comprehensive analysis of performance of campaigns and programs

Requirements for Success:

• 5+ years’ experience in restaurant, food, or beverage industry, retail, or packaged goods as it relates to Brand Marketing

• Familiarity with brand development planning, innovation, and creative ideation processes

• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities that may be constantly changing

• Self-driven, flexible, and highly energetic with strong written and verbal communication skills

• Able to work effectively and efficiently both independently and collaboratively

• Microsoft Proficient: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

• Bachelor’s degree required
