Key Role:
In order to make an application, simply read through the following job description and make sure to attach relevant documents.Work as a key person in determining a UI/UX that will enable our end users to use the system in an effective and compliant manner. Design of the UI could include multiple methods for interacting with our ServiceNow instance. These could be UI layouts for portals, dashboards, forms, and workspaces within the system. Perform day-to-day administration of these areas and manage life cycle upgrades as part of the team. Identify and execute platform enhancements to maximize the value proactively, provide input into roadmaps and continual improvement plans for this area. Stay abreast of new features, functionality, UI/UX standards for accessibility, and play a role in driving continual improvement. Perform design, implementation, regular problem solving, maintenance, and support for various user interfaces within ServiceNow. Build custom components using JavaScript, Jelly, or Angular to fulfill requirements. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.Basic Qualifications:5 + years of experience with creating, evaluating, and implementing user interfacesExperience gathering requirements from stakeholdersExperience with HTML, CSS, SCSSKnowledge of JavaScript, AngularHS diploma or GEDAdditional Qualifications:Experience with Jelly and React a plusPossession of excellent verbal and written communication skillsBachelor's degree
