- most of us are in office ~3 days a weekThe RoleWe're seeking a talented Product Designer to join our team at Gamma. You'll help us evolve the design of our product, owning our website creation and publishing tools. You'll also focus on core product features, elevating the quality of our design, and pushing the frontier of what's possible with AI-powered design and publishing tools.In this role, you'll be responsible for:Design, Design, and more DesignTake ownership of the design for website and publishing flowsImprove existing features and develop new offerings for our core product areasDevelop and iterate on complex design flows and deliver prototypes in codePartner with engineering throughout the design and handoff process to bring your work to lifeCollaborate with other designers and provide feedback on initiatives across the productTake initiative on solving problems that arise and advocating for your ideasUser Research & EvaluationConduct user research to gather insights and validate design decisionsBe comfortable getting your own answers and talking directly to usersUse quantitative data and tools, including AI focused ones, to inform your designs and decisionsInnovation & Systems ThinkingUse systems thinking and organize design components to create cohesive and scalable design solutions.Embrace ambiguity and be willing to take risks and prototype far-out ideasDrive innovation by putting new ideas in front of users quickly and iterating based on feedbackAbout youVisionary : You get what we're trying to do over here at Gamma, and you have a clear vision for how design can revolutionize more than just presentations.
