OVER 1,400 ACTIVE GLOBAL CLIENTSLocation: Open for Austin, TXandSunnyvale, CALead the design team in creating innovative and intuitive user experiencesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product requirements and drive UX design solutions that meet user needs and business goalsDevelop and maintain a strong understanding of, products, and services to ensure consistency and alignment in all UX designsConduct user research and gather insights to inform and validate design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather feedback from stakeholdersLead design reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members to ensure high-quality deliverablesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design and incorporate them into design processesEnsure timely delivery of design projects and manage multiple projects simultaneouslyContinuously seek opportunities to improve and optimize the user experience of products and servicesExpected annual pay for this role ranges from $60,000 to $135,000 - Austin, TX and $60,000 - $148,500 for Sunnyvale,CA.
