Using Docusign’s Intelligent Agreement Management platform, companies can create, commit, and manage agreements with solutions created by the #1 company in e-signature and contract lifecycle management (CLM).What you'll do The Docusign Creative Services team is looking for an enthusiastic, multifaceted and experienced Project Manager. The Project Manager reports into the Director of Creative Operations and will manage the execution of creative marketing programs – build schedules, manage workflow and traffic assets and keep things running like clockwork. The project manager will be collaborating with creative directors, art directors, designers and writers, and will coordinate all project activities to ensure that projects are executed within timeframe and scope. The Project Manager will act as the project point person for the Creative Services team to drive key initiatives across marketing and company wide, ensuring a smooth transition, managing brand project milestones, identifying bottlenecks, scheduling key creative reviews and presentation set-up. The Project Manager will be a problem solver who is passionate about delivering high-quality experiences from integrated marketing campaigns to digital marketing communications to events to website initiatives.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Director, Creative Operations.ResponsibilityWork closely with internal creative teams and cross-functional partners and leadersBuild internal networks to improve organizational navigation, speed and quality of project/program deliveryIdentify team needs with regards to process, tools, documentation and asset management within the context of varying project types (Jira, Brandfolder, Canva)Monitor, route and uphold brand quality by ensuring all projects are approved by appropriate parties and deliver final files/outputsPartner with teams for various project deliverables to aid design development and production logistics and provide clear communication to cross-functional team leads regarding project status, issues, and prioritiesIdentify risks proactively, prioritize them, and create plans to resolve in a timely mannerMonitor daily project requests that come in through JIRA; assess and assign to creative resourcesManage multiple projects ranging in size and scope simultaneously using the many features of JIRALead lessons-learned retrospectives and captures key findings to support continuous improvementCommunicate in a manner that builds understanding, alignment and drives action and effectively tailor communications and messaging to different audiencesHelp shape digital project management at Docusign by being an active participant in improving our Project Management practice, processes and toolsMaintain Brand Creative Direction set forth by our CMO, Executive Creative Director, and Creative Director through out all projectsJob Designation

Hybrid:

Employee divides their time between in-office and remote work. Access to an office location is required. (Frequency: Minimum 2 days per week; may vary by team but will be weekly in-office expectation)What you bring

BasicAssociates degree8 years of experience working with creative teams in an agency environment, in-house creative, design or marketing teams or as a freelance digital project managerExperience with JIRA, Brandfolder, CanvaPreferredBS/BA degreeExceptional people management skillsProven ability to proactively establish rapport, credibility and influence, and drive resultsResourceful, adaptable, creative, and results-oriented with a positive attitudeSelf-motivated, flexible individual with strong communication and leadership skillsWage Transparency Based on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $101,500 - $156,750 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.Life at Docusign
