Each and every person on our team works in pursuit of a singular goal: to take care of our clients’ precious moments as if they were our own.This position reports to the CEO.Job ResponsibilitiesBranding online and offlineExpanded brand from one geography to anotherDevelop and manage comprehensive marketing strategy and planning, aligned with Winston Flowers’ objectivesDefine and articulate Winston Flowers brand identity, value proposition, and messaging framework, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpointsEstablish deep knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive developments to identify potential opportunitiesCreate and analyze key performance metrics and KPIs to track the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance and ROICollaborate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Finance, to align marketing efforts with overall business goalsIdentify and cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to extend our reach, enhance our offerings, and drive customer acquisition and retentionLead the marketing team in creating and executing integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and traditional mediaDevelop and manage marketing budget across all marketing channels to meet brand engagement objectives and drive commercial performanceDevelop, coach and create successful teams and talent that foster a productive, inspirational and creative environment for the entire departmentCandidate Attributes10+ years of experience in brand and marketing strategy with a proven track record in driving customer demand and revenue growth, ideally in luxury design, retail or hospitality industryBachelor's degree is requiredProfessional or personal experience in floriculture, horticulture, and/or design is preferred but not requiredProfound Expertise in Salesforce and use of marketing analytics in determining strategy and marketing programsInnovative and visionary; can rally diverse stakeholders around a common visionStrategic thinker and excellent team playerExcellent communication and interpersonal skills; able to communicate across the organizationPlanning and organizational skills with a sense of priority and attention to detailsStrong problem-solving skillsQuantitative and analytical skills with the ability to link numbers to recommendations and resultsRequirementsFlexible work schedule required including weekend and holiday availabilityPeak business periods may require extended work days and work weeksSome travel may be required.
