Digital Media Leadership:Provide strategic leadership and expertise to drive the long-term vision for digital marketing initiatives across various paid media channels (display, search, social, video, etc.).Develop full-funnel digital marketing solutions and paid media strategies to drive conversions and increase shoppers.Inform the scope, resourcing, and approach of paid digital marketing projects and full-funnel media/advertising strategies.Collaborate with internal stakeholders, vendors, web developers, and designers to manage and execute digital marketing projects effectively.Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence and maximize profitable customer growth.Act as the advocate for digital marketing within the organization, effectively communicating the value and progress of digital initiatives.Establish, track, and analyze metrics and leading indicators for campaigns to measure success.Stay abreast of the latest standard methodologies in digital marketing and apply them in the development of strategies and operating plans.Set measurable goals for digital marketing performance and diligently track return on investment.Provide comprehensive reporting on key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights.Qualifications

5+ years of experience in digital marketing, sales optimization, or marketing analytics.Proven track record of effectively managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating across functions to bring teams together.Team player who is self-motivated, entrepreneurial, effective under pressure, and flexible.Proven track record of developing and executing successful media and digital marketing operations and campaigns across multiple channels.Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to drive decisions.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, particularly with senior leaders.
