What you'll doOur Finance team plays a critical role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, optimal financial management, and efficient operations across Docusign. The team consists of Accounting, Financial Planning & Analysis, Revenue Operations, Investor Relations, and Business Operations. The Finance team partners across all organizations in Docusign to appropriately allocate resources, inform key business decisions, and facilitate the execution of our operational plans.As a key member of the Go-to-Market (GTM) finance team, you will support several marketing business units that span across corporate marketing and communications. Your core responsibilities will include 1) financial analysis and modeling in support of strategic initiatives, 2) preparation of key financial forecasts including long-range and annual plans, quarterly outlooks, and monthly forecasts, 3) presentation of performance insights and actionable recommendations to management to influence the direction of the business, and 4) serve as collaborator and trusted partner to the business.This position is an individual contributor role reporting to the Sr. Director of FP&A.Responsibilities

Serve as the primary finance business partner to the corporate marketing and communications teamsBuild deep business partner relationships across the organization by establishing trust and gaining an understanding of relevant business driversPartner with the broader GTM finance team and cross functional partners on business and financial insights, and process improvements to address evolving business dynamicsDevelop financial models to streamline decision-making and highlight key drivers of past, current and future business performanceOwn annual budgeting, monthly close, and forecast processes inclusive of headcount and discretionary spendCreate presentations, reports and dashboards to advise senior leadership on the financial performance of their teams and provide guidance on opportunities and risksUndertake ad hoc strategic projectsWhat you bringBasicBA/BS degree in Business, Finance, or related field5+ years of experience in finance with emphasis on budgeting, forecasting, annual planning, and financial modelingExperience in an FP&A corporate environment at a publicly-traded company or at an investment bankExperience with Google Sheets or Microsoft ExcelPreferredPrior experience supporting Go-to-Market (GTM) teamsAbility to analyze and interpret data to develop strategic recommendationsAbility to influence leadership with excellence in verbal and written communicationsAbility to work independently, think objectively, and provide meaningful and insightful narratives based on both quantitative as well as qualitative dataStrong team player with a desire for continuous learning and improvementStrong financial acumen with proficiency in accounting principles and corporate finance valuation conceptsExperience with financial and ERP systems such as Oracle or Adaptive PlanningWage TransparencyBased on applicable legislation, the below details pay ranges in the following locations:California: $101,500.00 - $156,750.00 base salaryIllinois and Colorado: $97,000.00 - $133,300.00 base salaryWashington and New York (including NYC metro area): $97,000.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryWashington DC: $101,500.00 - $139,525.00 base salaryThis role is also eligible for bonus and benefits.Global benefits provide options for the following:Paid Time Off: earned time off, as well as paid company holidays based on regionPaid Parental Leave: take up to six months off with your child after birth, adoption or foster care placementFull Health Benefits Plans: options for 100% employer paid and minimum employee contribution health plans from day one of employmentRetirement Plans: select retirement and pension programs with potential for employer contributionsLearning and Development: options for coaching, online courses and education reimbursementsCompassionate Care Leave: paid time off following the loss of a loved one and other life-changing eventsLife at DocusignWorking hereDocusign is committed to building trust and making the world more agreeable for our employees, customers and the communities in which we live and work.
