ABOUT THE JOB:

The Marketing Manager, Enterprise Accounts will serve as the primary Marketing liaison to our divisions, regions, branches, and central sales teams. In this role, you will partner closely with divisional, regional, branch, and vertical business leaders to develop and execute omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive growth targets and significantly contribute to pipeline generation. Your efforts will directly impact our market presence and strengthen WillScot's brand within the industry.

As a key player in our marketing strategy, you will also lead our vertical marketing initiatives, positioning WillScot in strategic growth areas and ensuring our offerings resonate with targeted markets. This role combines strategic thinking, creative content development, and cross-functional collaboration, providing an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact on our company's success.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS ROLE INCLUDE:

Strategic Collaboration:

Partner with Sales, Strategy, Operations, and other key stakeholders to design and implement omni-channel marketing plans that are pivotal to achieving company and divisional goals.

Leadership in Content Development:

Spearhead the creation and continuous improvement of vertical-specific content, ensuring it resonates across the organization. Lead the feedback loop process to enhance content effectiveness.

Execution of Strategic Marketing Programs:

Collaborate with business units and functions to design and implement marketing programs that elevate brand recognition, generate demand, and foster customer preference in strategic verticals.

Client-Centric Content Creation:

Work with internal teams and external agencies to craft high-impact, client-facing marketing content that drives engagement and results.

Data-Driven Optimization:

Partner with Operations and Analytics teams to evaluate marketing performance, utilizing insights to refine and optimize strategies for maximum effectiveness.

Project Leadership:

Manage project timelines and budgets with precision, ensuring the successful and cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.

Innovation and Growth:

Leverage cutting-edge marketing tools and techniques, and contribute to a culture that values innovation and continuous improvement.

Impactful Leadership:

Take ownership of marketing initiatives with the autonomy to innovate and influence outcomes, contributing directly to the company’s strategic success.

IDEAL CANDIDATES HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH:

Educational Background:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Marketing Communications, or a related field is preferred. Equivalent experience in relevant marketing roles will also be considered.

Experience:

5+ years of experience in strategic content development, as well as in the creation, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns.

Proven ability to create industry-specific or use-case-specific content by synthesizing insights from various stakeholders and sources.

Demonstrated success in partnering with business leadership to translate objectives into omni-channel marketing campaigns that drive brand recognition and demand generation.

Experience in analyzing campaign performance and optimizing marketing strategies to achieve measurable results.

Skills and Competencies:

Strong writing and content creation skills, with an ability to produce compelling and effective marketing materials.

Effective time management and the ability to thrive in an autonomous work environment.

Ability to engage effectively in a matrixed organization, working collaboratively across departments to achieve shared goals.
