Maintaining positive client and employee relationshipsEnsuring teams meet goals and exceed expectationsProviding high-level strategy and input for both clients and campaignsAssisting in the training and hiring of management and employeesLeading departmental employee reviewsParticipating in management meetings regarding account overview and company directionProviding direction to all employees on everything from media relations to inner-office workingsSensitively dealing with confidential company informationTraveling to meet with new and existing clients as neededAttending trade shows and events on behalf of clients and Konnect AgencyAssisting with the creation of Konnect Agency internal documents, marketing materials, etc.Creating and finalizing proposals for potential and existing clientsResearching, understanding and anticipating client needs, providing value-added service and building strong relationshipsBringing strong ideas that will contribute to staff development and company development/growthReporting to the CEO and PresidentEducational and Skills Requirements:
BA in Mass Communications, Public Relations or related field8+ years of PR experience (Agency and lifestyle/food&beverage/CPG experience required)Knowledge and/or experience with Digital capabilities - social media, influencers, paid ads, etc.Ability to act as the utmost senior contact on accountsStrong employee management experienceGood business sense and backgroundStrong writing, research and organizational skillsSelf-starter, able to work independently as well as in groupsStrong ability to prioritize, solve problems and be resourcefulAble to handle a fast-paced PR environmentAble to work under pressureTakes direction wellAble to handle any/all confidential information, issues, and matters in a sensitive mannerAttention to detailAbility to grasp “big picture” ideas and think independentlyDesire to grow and learn with the companyGreat interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance and demeanorPositive attitudeKonnect Agency provides equal employment opportunities (EEO) to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, or genetics.
