The Marketing Technology Manager is responsible for overseeing the implementation, management, and optimization of marketing technologies that drive effective marketing campaigns and strategies. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of marketing systems and tools, analyzing data to improve marketing performance, and staying updated with emerging technologies to enhance the company’s marketing capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Technology Management:

Lead the selection, implementation, and management of marketing technology platforms such as CRM systems, marketing automation tools, analytics platforms, and content management systems (CMS).

Ensure that marketing technology solutions are integrated effectively with other business systems (e.g., ERP, sales tools).

Strategy Development:

Develop and execute strategies to leverage technology for enhancing marketing effectiveness, including campaign management, lead generation, customer segmentation, and personalization.

Collaborate with marketing teams to understand their technology needs and provide solutions that align with marketing objectives.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

Analyze marketing data to derive actionable insights and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaign performance.

Develop and manage dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance updates to stakeholders.

Project Management:

Manage technology projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Coordinate with vendors, IT teams, and internal stakeholders to address any technical issues or requirements.

User Training and Support:

Provide training and support to marketing team members on the use of marketing technologies and tools.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to marketing systems and technologies.

Innovation and Optimization:

Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend and implement new tools and processes that can improve marketing efficiency and effectiveness.

Continuously assess and optimize existing technology solutions to ensure they meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Google Analytics) is a plus.

Experience:

Minimum of 7 years of experience in marketing technology or a related role, with a proven track record of managing marketing systems and projects.

Experience with marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM systems, and data analytics tools.

Technical Skills:

Strong understanding of marketing technology stack, including CMS, CRM, email marketing systems, and analytics platforms.

Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau).

Familiarity with web development technologies (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and integrations (e.g., APIs).

Soft Skills:

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Effective communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and manage relationships with vendors and internal teams.

Additional Skills:

Knowledge of data privacy regulations and best practices (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).

Experience in A/B testing and optimization techniques.

Ability to stay updated with the latest trends in marketing technology and digital marketing.

Language:

Bilingual in English (MUST) and Korean (HIGHLY PREFERRED)

Work Environment:

Office setting.

Occasional travel may be required for vendor meetings, training, or industry conferences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
