We are hiring immediately for a MARKETING COORDINATOR position.

Schedule: Full Time; Monday through Friday 9AM-5PM.
Details: Responsibilities include:
Develops and manages social media content calendars across multiple platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, etc.)
Creates, schedules, and publishes engaging and creative social media posts
Monitors social media channels for engagement, responds to comments and messages, and fosters community interaction
Analyzes social media performance using analytics tools and adjusts strategies as needed to improve reach and engagement
Collaborates with the graphic design coordinator to align digital content with overall marketing goals and branding guidelines
Shoots, edits, and produces high-quality video content for digital platforms, including promotional videos, event recaps, and behind-the-scenes feature
Coordinates and conducts photo shoots for social media, digital marketing materials, and other promotional needs
Assists with the development of creative concepts and ideas for digital campaigns
Works closely with other team members to ensure that all digital content aligns with Shark Dining's branding and messaging
Supports the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media advertising, and website content updates
Requirement: Social media, photography, and videography experience highly preferred.
Pay Rate: $19.13 per hour

Job Summary
The Marketing Coordinator reporting directly to the Director of Marketing, holds duties related to sales and marketing. The position entails a need for excellent communication skills; ability to multi-task on a variety of projects simultaneously, accurate distribution of pertinent information both internally to all departments as well as to clients and related vendors. Excellent client skills in presentation and marketing ability.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on support at events, unit set up, program implementation
Database management
Coordinates content needed for marketing initiatives
Coordinates field marketing requests and activities
Works within provided budgets and guidelines
Assists with presentations and proposals
Develops and maintains strong working relationships with field managers.
Works with vendors and agencies
Prepares marketing reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing data.
Maintains promotional inventory, fulfillment
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum two plus year’s prior experience in marketing.
Background or interest in hospitality/food
Proficient in MS Office; experience with Adobe suite (Photoshop, InDesign) and CMS systems a plus.
Multi-task in deadline-driven team environment, adjust to changing priorities
Excellent written and verbal communications and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail
AS in Marketing or business related field
Flexible schedule, evenings/weekends and possible travel required
