We are looking for an experienced Director of Data Monetization to oversee our Media Network Advertising Sales. As a Director, you will be responsible for partnering with our media network portfolio of clients to ensure revenue growth and drive performance. You will work closely with cross capability teams to align revenue goals and objectives while delivering the best return for our clients and their advertisers.You will be responsible for driving revenue growth through the monetization of our client’s vast first-party data assets, and cultivate targeted advertising sales across media networks. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of media networks, data-driven solutions, platforms and advertising sales strategies, and a proven track record of developing, nurturing, and closing customized advertising strategies.Your Skills And Experience:Experience in media network and data-driven advertising salesProven track record of success in driving revenue growth through the monetization of media networks and data assets.Ability to understand the interconnected nature of first-party data, creative assets, campaign KPIs, attribution and closed-loop measurement, and differentiated activation channels to achieve overall campaign objectives.Familiarity with technology stack required for media networks, including cloud platforms, server side SSPs, sponsored search and promoted display ad tech, CDP, identity resolution, among others.Adept at elevating and clearly explaining the benefits of media network campaigns when not associated with a seasonality or event calendar.Skilled at identifying and communicating the benefits of media networks, including how they support print or point-of-sale initiatives.Proficient at navigating the complex organizational structures of media network clients, as well as their counterparts within companies purchasing advertisements.Strong analytical skills and the ability to leverage data to drive insights and revenue growthExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or equivalent experience.Additional InformationBenefits of Working HerePay Range: $135,000 - $252,000The range shown represents a grouping of relevant ranges currently in use at Publicis Sapient.
