You will have direct access to leadership and across the organization.What you will do
Lead the design of scalable and innovative user experiences and translate high level concepts into clean, intuitive and functional experiencesGather and incorporate feedback from teammates and stakeholdersUnderstand and advocate for user needs by leading research activities (foundational interviews, surveys, and usability tests)Help grow Product Design as a function by contributing to our design system, establishing processes, and growing the teamPlay a key role in shaping the future of BildWho you are
2-4 years professional experience with end-to-end digital product designComfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment and making decisions without all the answers in front of youDemonstrated track record of success in building products based on research that drive meaning impactDeep empathy for the customer that drives design and product decisionsExperience in product design for B2B products, and productivity/communication toolsRapidly iterate and validate designs through sketches, prototypes, and testing with tools such as FigmaComfortable defining success metrics and making data-informed design decisionsPassionate about Bild's mission and the future of the industryWhy Bild
