Overview

The Sr. Graphic Designer, reports into the Creative Services Manager and sits within the overall Marketing Communication / Corporate Marketing Team. The Creative Services Team are the brand guardians of the Konica Minolta, responsible for the creation, development and production of all key marketing assets.

Responsibilities

Working as Konica Minolta's in-house creative agency, responsible for the creation, development and production of communication and branding assets.Keeps abreast of design trends and experiential creative ideas to implement on key programs / initiatives to help create a distinctive and memorable brand presence.Works closely with the Creative Services Manager to determine the creative framework to communicate the corporate / business segment story.Designs all communication materials in accordance with the brand guidelines (materials include but are not limited to brochures, data sheets, playbooks, logos, internal adverts, advertisements, corporate reports and other communication materials).Works closely with the broader Marketing Team to design all key components required for events (for example signage and booth designs).

Qualifications

5-7 years graphic design experience, preferably with corporate or agency background.Bachelor's degree in Graphic Communications or related field.Proficient with computer programs, including Microsoft Office applications.Strong organizational skills, ability to follow up and high attention to detail.Ability to interact with other marketing teams to interpret and frame business.Has capabilities to interact regularly with other people within and outside the organization in planning, coordinating and executing marketing communications deliverables.Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented, and fun, work environment.Proficient in Adobe Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) as well as Microsoft Word and PowerPointStrong relationship-building skills and an ability to engage in collaborative decision-makingGreat project and time management skillsHighly creative and out of the box thinkerHigh level of motivation and initiativeAbility to adapt to changing work & business priorities#LI-MD1
