What we're looking for:

EHE is looking for a talented Senior Marketing Automation Manager that will develop and execute our automated marketing campaigns. This candidate will be the point person for all-things-email and be responsible for the setup, deployment and data analysis of our entire multi-touch email nurture streams.

The Senior Marketing Automation Manager will oversee the functionality of the systems that touch automation while maintaining and improving the multi-nurture email streams required by the Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience using Salesforce Marketing Cloud and its integrations.

In this role, you will:
  • Serve as the primary contact for building and deploying multi-touch, logic-driven nurture streams in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
  • Manage and optimize multiple email segmentation criteria within Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring adherence to specific client preferences regarding email cadence, content personalization, and audience targeting for effective engagement
  • Serve as the primary Salesforce Marketing Cloud power user and oversee its maintenance and development
  • Report on campaign performance and implement optimizations using data-backed recommendations
  • Establish, maintain and document scalable processes that ensure best practices for our GTM strategies
  • Troubleshoot system integrations, and drive new systems integrations as needed
  • Complete campaign analytics and reporting, share with departments and drive program improvements as needed
  • Manage end-to-end production process for email campaigns
  • Optimize results for email campaigns by testing subject lines, creative, copy
  • Be the expert on email best practices, deliverability, and CAN-SPAM laws
  • Ensure rendering consistency of email campaigns in webmail and app-based email clients (Gmail, Outlook.com, iOS Mail, Windows Mail, etc.)

What the role requires:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or analytically related field (e.g., Science, Technology, Finance)
  • 4+ years of experience related to marketing automation (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, and content design in the context of building/coding/deployment of email campaigns
  • Knowledge of basic SQL queries
  • Experience deploying A/B and multivariate testing initiatives
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve basic rendering issues in email code
  • Experience with Salesforce
  • Experience in marketing funnel automation, operations and analytics
  • Demonstrated ability for building complex nurture streams
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced marketing environment
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Comfortable providing guidance for competing demands and managing expectations
  • Demonstrated analytical capability
  • Advanced proficiency with MS Excel
  • Web analytics and web development experience a plus
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skill

The salary range for this position is $100,000 - $125,000 and is determined by a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and skills.
