Our client, a fabulous fashion organization, is seeking exceptional staff to support their customers with a wide range of enquiries and queries.Duties include but are not limited to:Placing telephone mail orders for customersResponding to a high volume of queries via email, telephone, and live chatLooking up stock for customer requestsContacting customers to ascertain data omitted on ordersKnowledge of all product linesTo be successful in this role, you must be able to work FULL TIME AND COMPLETE VARIOUS SHIFTS:Monday - Friday and 1 in every three weekendsWEEKEND REMOTE60% office based/ 40% WFHShifts ranging between 8:00 am - 9:30 pm37.5 hours per week3 - 6 month CONTRACTSouth East London BASED - MUST BE ABLE TO TRAVEL TO THE OFFICEIf you are interested in fashion and are looking for an opportunity to work with an exciting and reputable brand, now is your chance!
