Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Advertising Manager with an expert level skill set in at least one of the 3 following platforms: Facebook/Instagram, YouTube and/or Google/Search. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies that enhance our brand visibility, drive customer engagement, and generate leads through effective social media campaigns. We need a confident leader that can train and manage a team of advertising specialists.


Responsibilities:

  • Lead the development, implementation, and management of advertising strategies on Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, and Google/Search to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee and mentor a team of advertising specialists, providing guidance and professional development opportunities.
  • Optimize campaign performance using advanced analytics tools, ensuring maximum ROI and meeting key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, content, and sales, to ensure cohesive and effective advertising campaigns.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge in the digital advertising landscape.
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for the company, presenting strategies, campaign performance, and insights.
Requirements:
  • Mastery in advertising platforms and tools such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, YouTube Advertising, Google Analytics, and other relevant software.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in digital advertising, with a proven track record of managing successful campaigns on Facebook/Instagram, YouTube, or Google/Search.
  • Track record of leading successful teams.
  • Strong understanding of SEM and PPC strategies.
  • Proficiency writing copy for landing pages, ads, and creative.
  • Experience in advertising analytics tools like facebook pixel, UTMs, website tracking platforms like google tag manager, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple campaigns and projects simultaneously.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative advertising solutions.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
