FMX is seeking a talented UX or Product Designer to join our growing Product Delivery team. As a key member of our product development process, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the future of our software, creating intuitive and impactful user experiences that align with our mission to simplify facility management.

As a

Product Designer

at FMX, you'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address our customers' needs. You'll have the opportunity to lead projects, mentor junior designers, and contribute to the overall product strategy.

Responsibilities:As the Senior Product Designer, you will:Lead the design process for medium to large-scale projects, such as new features and interaction patternsCollaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to define product specificationsConduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisionsCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using industry-standard toolsContribute to and help shape our existing design patterns and systemsMentor junior designers and provide constructive feedback on their workParticipate in design critiques and present your work to various audiencesStay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX and Product designContribute to the development of product strategy and help drive the direction of specific product areasActively seek opportunities for personal and professional growthRequirementsPreferred Experience & Qualities:3-7 years of experience in product or UX design, preferably in SaaS or B2B environmentsStrong portfolio demonstrating your design process and problem-solving skillsSolid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologiesExperience with user research and usability testingExcellent communication and presentation skillsAbility to work in teams and independentlyAbility to lead projects with minimal supervisionStrong sense of ownership and accountability for your workExpertise in Figma is preferredA match with our core pillars: We value our work ethic, we are disciplined in our processes and responsibilities, we are coachable and seek out constructive criticism, we value results and are performance-driven, we treat each other and everyone we meet with respect and integrity.

Compensation:The base salary range for this position is expected to be $90,000-100,000. This position is also eligible for a Company Performance Bonus.401(k) and medical/dental/vision insurance
