We serve clients on a global basis from very small investment management managers to some of the largest global firms in the industry.RequirementsKey ResponsibilitiesCampaign Coordination : Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and paid advertising.Content Management:

Create, edit, and schedule content for the company’s website, blog, social media, and email newsletters. Ensure all content aligns with brand messaging and goals.Performance Tracking:

Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools. Prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and suggest improvements. Two plus years of HubSpot marketing hub is strongly preferred.Event Coordination:

Assist in organizing and promoting webinars, trade shows, and other marketing events. Handle logistics and follow up with participants.Collaboration:

Work closely with the sales team, product team, and other departments to ensure marketing efforts are aligned with company objectives and customer needs.Administrative Support:

Manage marketing assets, track budgets, and assist with administrative tasks as needed.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing or a related role,

preferably within the SaaS industry.Strong understanding of digital marketing strategies and tools.Proficiency in Microsoft Office SuiteMust have experience with HubSpot Marketing Hub (HubSpot sales hub experience is a bonus)Knowledge of social media advertising platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Ads).1+ years of experience with CanvaFamiliarity with graphic design tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organizational and project management abilities (e.g., exposure with Asana or Wrike is preferred)Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environmentComfortable with changing deadlines and managing stakeholder content reviews and deliverablesBenefitsWHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU?Competitive salary.Competitive Health, Vision, and Dental benefits to fit your needs.401k – 4% Company match.Performance based bonus.Discretionary Time Off – 3 weeks off annually.LOCATIONTo be considered for this position, applicants must live in Dallas, TX.Ability to work in office Monday-Friday: 12400 Coit Rd.
