Verification will be completed before a hiring decision is made.Summary of PositionWe're a dynamic team seeking a Digital Marketing Onboarding Specialist to join our fun, fast-paced office in North Phoenix.We need an organized, task-driven individual with a keen eye for detail to guide our new clients through the onboarding process. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, positive, and possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills. They should excel at quick problem-solving and be solution-oriented.Position ResponsibilitiesGuide new clients through the onboarding process, managing approximately 40-50 clients simultaneouslyPlan and coordinate meetings with clients and internal teams to ensure timely completion of project deliverablesServe as the main point of contact for clients throughout the onboarding process, building strong rapport and engagementDocument updates frequently in CRM and Project Management softwareAddress and resolve client concerns effectivelyCollaborate with internal teams to optimize processes for efficiencyCoordinate with Account Management teams for seamless project handoffOther tasks as assigned by managementRequirements3+ years of customer service/client-facing (in-person or virtual experience)Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in phone and email communicationExceptional attention to detailCoachable natureAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionThrives in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlinesStrong organizational skillsAdaptability and quick grasp of new conceptsProactive, self-motivated, and dependable with a positive attitudeEffective multitasking and priority management skillsPreferred SkillsExperience with Salesforce and project management softwarePrevious Project Management experienceFamiliarity with WordPress (preferred)Basic understanding of SEO, SEM, and SMMBasic knowledge of Google Ads, GMB, Google Analytics, and GTMUnderstanding of DNS and hosting (preferred)Forward-thinking mindsetWillingness to learn and growExcellent time management skillsSales experience or understanding of B2B/B2C marketing salesA good sense of humor.We value teamwork, integrity, and a positive attitude. This is our target compensation range and is subject to multiple factors including role, level, experience, and location.
