DescriptionThe Leidos EW Division is seeking a Communications Systems Program Manager to join our dynamic engineering team. This role involves leading engineering research and managing design, development, and manufacturing projects for antenna and transceiver communications systems in a collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in product development and manufacturing, as well as a passion for innovation in engineering.Primary ResponsibilitiesUtilize expertise in complex communications systems (antennas, transceivers, networks, etc.)Lead engineering research, design, and development projectsManage project schedules, budgets, and cross-functional technical teamsGuide projects through complete lifecycle phases using formal IEEE systems engineering processesManage relationships with customers, technical staff, and supply chainPropose innovative technological opportunities for advancing communications systemsBasic QualificationsU.S. Citizenship and active Secret security clearanceExperience with Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS)Strong planning skills and broad engineering backgroundProven experience in managing suppliers and sub-contractorsExcellent communication skills and familiarity with Federal Government toolsPreferred QualificationsBA/BS in Engineering or equivalent experience4-8 years of program management experienceOriginal Posting Date: 2024-08-02Pay Range: $68,900.00 - $124,550.00
