Technical Illustrator/Production Artist

Our teams develop and release over 100 new products a year and continue to grow our vast patent portfolio.Position Overview:Candidate must have expert knowledge in Adobe Illustrator to produce isometric and orthographic drawings and diagrams of products for marketing purposes. Position requires designing illustrations derived from engineering drawings, actual equipment parts or photographs. Proven ability with line weight, spatial positioning, scaling and shading is required.Production Artist duties include resizing and making appropriate color mode transformations using Adobe Photoshop. You will also be creating and revising vector artwork using Adobe Illustrator with direction from our Product Marketing team. You will also catalog, publish, archive, and discard digital assets according to our document management policies in addition to other tasks associated with graphic production.Qualified Candidates will have:5 years' experience working as a Technical IllustratorMust be able to create illustrations in orthographic and isometric projectionExperience using Adobe Illustrator requiredPhotoshop, Bridge, and Acrobat experience a plusAbility to work efficiently with multiple tasks and projectsExcellent communication skills (written and verbal)Strong attention to detail, highly organized, computer literateAbility to work well in a fast-paced professional office environmentSalary range:

$75,000 to $80,000. Pay may vary depending on experience, qualifications, and other job-related factors.
