Responsibilities
Provide technical expertise to project teams regarding detailing, code analysis, project documentation, construction administration, and other project-centric processes.
Provide technical detailing with a variety of materials, systems, etc.
Develop additional quality review protocols to enhance existing procedures.
Review, write, and mentor team on the production of specifications.
Collaborate with designers and teams to translate design concepts into sound technical solutions.
Independently performs assignments to expected results.
Understands the client's decision-making processes and develop relationships internallyand externally.
May supervise or coordinate the work of other professionals who support specific assignments
Qualifications
At least ten years continuous experience in the design field
Proficient with OpenRoads. Microsoft Office applications, particularly MS Excel and AutoCAD/MS Office application interfacing
Minimum High School or GED equivelant with preference for completion of an Associates Degree or CAD Training Porgram
