We are seeking a motivated individual with 7+ years of marketing experience in a corporate or agency environment. Salary for this position is based on experience, with a range of $80-120K annually. This full-time role is based in Jacksonville, FL and remote employees will not be considered. The ideal candidate is a strategic and creative leader focused on driving revenue and building our audiences. The Tebow Group Managing Director of Marketing will identify the needs of the audience, develop marketing strategies, and write marketing plans across multiple channels to achieve our goals. Alongside our Creative Director, this individual will keep our brands relevant, shape our messaging, produce creative deliverables, and build brand presence.Top Five Responsibilities:Lead, Build & Manage Marketing TeamOwn Audience Growth TargetsCraft & Execute a Multi-Channel Marketing StrategyMarketing BudgetsCollaborate with the Creative teamResponsibilities:Develop, articulate, activate, and oversee annual marketing plans and campaigns.Work with leadership to align on business and brand strategy, identify audience growth targets, and steward digital influence to drive revenue.Pivot between strategy and execution to ensure marketing campaigns and projects meet strategic objectives and are executed flawlessly. As a small business, TTG asks that our leadership team act as both visionaries and implementers.Develop and present creative and marketing briefs that are smart, concise, and results-driven. Obtain buy-in and support from leadership and the creative team.List and roadmap necessary creative marketing assets, including social media content, videos, email campaigns, publicity, events, website content, blog posts, advertisements, and more.Develop and maintain budgets for clarity and stewardship.Support the sales team with strategic plans that meet contractual obligations and create additional opportunities.Research and share knowledge of cultural insights and audience needs, behaviors, and attitudes. Must be passionate about social media culture.Analyze community metrics and utilize them to formulate and execute growth strategies to increase followers and engagement. Be proactive in identifying areas of opportunity to optimize the team and gain efficiencies..Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, creativity, innovation, and fun.Qualifications:Desire to be a part of a mission-driven organization (Most of our marketing and storytelling is focused on Christian and ministry content.).Preference will be given to candidates with influencer or celebrity marketing experiences.Ability and willingness to travel with our talent.Market Planning, Market Research, and Marketing Management skills.Excellent leadership and management skills.Effective communication and presentation skills.Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.Must be interested in internet/social media culture and familiar with the latest trends.Curiosity and enthusiasm to evolve skill sets by continually researching cultural insights and new trends.Exemplary organizational and time management skills, ability to track and monitor multiple projects.Understanding of Google Workspace, Slack, and .About The Tebow Group:
