We’re BlueScope Coated Products and we’re looking for a Brand Marketing Manager.
As the Brand Marketing Manager at BlueScope Coated Products, this pivotal role involves developing and implementing brand strategies, steering brand growth and expansion, and ensuring the achievement of short and long-term brand business objectives. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you will identify research needs, execute studies, and analyze data to uncover opportunities. Staying abreast of market trends and competition, you will establish and manage brand budgets, define communication strategies across various media, and take ownership of crafting the brand narrative. You will also need a proven ability to work cross-functionally, manage brands across multiple markets, and execute creative marketing programs. Your role as the bridge between strategic vision and brand execution is critical making you a key contributor to BCP’s overall marketing success.
Develop innovative programs to implement marketing plan for BCP and branded products while developing tools and mechanism to track performance as well as make necessary adjustments to achieve market acceptance.
Lead creative development in digital, media, B2B and general communication strategy to build brand awareness and product of choice.
Work with market and sales research to identify trends, customer needs and competitive landscape to guide overall brand enhancements, development, and pricing strategies.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with go-to-market strategy and customer support.
Participate in trade shows, customer visits and marketing activities to promote and support branded products in the market.
Qualifications:Qualifications

Minimum: _
Bachelor of Marketing
5 years of relevant Brand Manager or Product Manager experience
Proven ability to develop brand and marketing strategies, and communicate recommendations to executives
Experience in identifying target audience and devising effective marketing campaigns
Data drive thinking and an affinity for numbers
Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind
Outstanding communication skills
Up-to-date with latest marketing brand trends and best practices

Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing
Experience in the metal buildings industry with a major brand/company ideal
