Position Overview:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead and execute our comprehensive marketing plan for an upcoming building launch. The successful candidate will oversee the development and implementation of brand identity, website development, social media presence, digital advertising, partnerships, press releases, and various other marketing activities. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong project management skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to drive results.Key Responsibilities:Brand Identity:Develop and refine brand messaging, slogans, and visual identity.Oversee the creation of brand logos, imagery, and other visual elements.Secure and manage web domains, email addresses, and social media handles.Set up and maintain Google Business information, including updating photos.Website Development:Design and develop a website that aligns with the brand's look and feel, ensuring it is mobile-responsive and SEO optimized.Integrate the website with property management software (Appfolio) and manage ongoing updates, including pricing, floor plans, and model unit photos.Create and manage landing pages to track traffic and gauge subscriber interests.Web Presence and Listings:Write and manage copy for building descriptions and unit listings on platforms like StreetEasy.Oversee the collection and presentation of building renderings, including key areas like the façade, primary bathroom, kitchen, rooftop, fitness center, and more.Social Media Presence:Establish and manage active profiles on key platforms, focusing on Instagram and Facebook.Develop and execute content strategies, including graphics, reels, series, and campaigns to engage the target audience.Manage YouTube content, such as "Design Insider" and virtual tours.Digital Advertising:Plan and execute targeted social media ads and other digital campaigns to promote tour bookings and generate leads.Collaborate with external partners for ad placements, such as subway ads.Partnerships and Preferred Vendors:Identify and pitch partnership opportunities with local businesses and organizations.Collaborate on cross-promotional events and sponsorships.Press Releases and Collateral:Create and distribute press releases for key milestones, including groundbreaking, construction updates, and leasing announcements.Develop and manage collateral materials, such as building fact sheets and branded unit floorplans.Email Marketing:Manage MailChimp account, including growing the subscriber list, setting up automation, and crafting engaging newsletters.Develop content series focusing on building updates, local events, and tenant engagement.Audience Analysis and Market Research:Track and analyze audience demographics and preferences to optimize marketing strategies.Conduct market research to ensure messaging aligns with target audience needs.Additional Responsibilities:Design and produce marketing materials, such as welcome tenant pamphlets, branded items, and signage.Oversee the development and execution of Spotify playlists and blog content.Coordinate with the leasing team to ensure seamless integration of marketing efforts.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in marketing, preferably in real estate or property management.Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.Excellent communication and writing skills.Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media, SEO, and email marketing.Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and detail.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and external partners.Application Process:
