Advertising Assistant Needed For Busy Dealership

We are seeking a motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented Advertising Assistant to join our advertising and public relations team at Bowser Automotive Inc. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting our advertising efforts, including coordination campaigns, managing materials, and assisting with social media content creation. This role requires high attention to detail, organization and an enthusiasm for creating marketing content.Key Responsibilities:

Assist in creating advertising campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, radio, and social media.

Help develop and proofread advertising copy, graphics, video and promotional materials. Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.

Support digital advertising efforts by creating content/managing social media accounts, and updating website content.

Ensure all advertising and marketing efforts comply with manufacturer brand guidelines.

Occasionally conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to provide insights for campaign strategies.

Assist in the organization and promotion of dealership events.

Provide general administrative support to the advertising director.

Qualifications:

Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related field preferred. Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of formal education.

Previous experience in advertising, marketing, or a related role.

Entry level candidates with relevant internships will also be considered.
