The Polysomnographic Technician will perform comprehensive polysomnographic testing and analysis, and associated interventions under the general supervision of a Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) and/or the Clinical Director or designee.Please read the following job description thoroughly to ensure you are the right fit for this role before applying.Education : High School Diploma or equivalent; BCLS (current)Experience:
Previous Sleep Experience PerferredSkills:
Good interpersonal skills; Good communication skills, both written and spoken; Good judgment; Attention to detail and good-record-keeping; ability to follow directionsRequirements:
Must maintain current CPR or BCLS certification; RPSGT perferredPhysical : Frequently required to stand; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and talk or hear. Occasionally required to walk; sit; stop; kneel; crouch or crawl. Regularly lift and/or move up to 50 lbs. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
