OVERVIEW:Solomon Group is seeking a talented and motivated

Director of Brand Strategy & Marketing

to join our team. This unique position requires a visionary thinker with a knack for developing and implementing marketing strategies that align with our company’s goals.Initially as an individual contributor, you will have the opportunity to shape our marketing efforts and collaborate closely with our Business Developers, Director of Sales Operations, Business Unit leaders and CEO to drive business growth. Additionally, you will have the chance to flex your brand strategy skills in various ways, contributing to clients’ experience, leveraging innovative applications and tools of generative AI, and contributing to all team members’ engagement in delivering exceptional results for our clients.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :Strategic Vision and Insight :

Proven ability to develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals and enhance brand visibility.Strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and opportunities to inform strategic decisions.

Creative Leadership :

Experience in leading the development of compelling marketing campaigns from concept to execution.Ability to ensure all marketing materials reflect the brand’s voice and standards, producing high-quality content across various platforms.

Content Creation and Engagement :

Expertise in creating engaging content for digital, print, social media, and email marketing to attract and generate inbound opportunities.Track record of maintaining year-round brand presence and driving inbound leads through strategic content.

Collaboration and Integration :

Ability to work closely with the Director of Sales Operations, business development, and executive teams to align marketing initiatives with sales goals.Flexibility to contribute to client pitches and projects, enhancing project outcomes through brand strategy skills.

Performance Analysis and Optimization :

Proficiency in monitoring and analyzing the performance of marketing campaigns using data-driven insights.Experience in optimizing future efforts to focus on social engagement, growth, and conversion of inbound sales opportunities.

Generative AI Applications:

Leverage AI tools beyond basic administrative tasks to develop innovative marketing strategies and enhance brand storytelling.Strengthen our brand positioning, utilizing evolving technologies to analyze market trends, recognize consumer behavior, and create personalized marketing content.

IDEAL EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS
