UX Designer

Qualifications:7+ years of experience in web-based user interface design and user experience design5+ years experience designing websites5+ years of experience with creating storyboards, mockups and clickable prototypesProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Miro, and Figjam, knowledge of infrastructure management functions and systems, understanding of system and technology alternatives, familiarity with the system development lifecycle,Working knowledge of HTML and CSS; ability to deliver production-qualityProven research and analysis skills to test usability and preferential features with A/B testing.Ability to create and implement a new volunteer management system on the client's website, front end experience for volunteers and staffBe passionate about user experience design and comfortable working independentlyProficiency in design softwareStrong portfolio showcasing UX design projects with a focus on desktop and mobile applicationsExcellent communication skills and ability to articulate design concepts to stakeholders at all levelsExperience with user research methodologies and usability testingAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environmentBachelor's degree in Design or other relevant fieldNote: Our interview process will require sharing a portfolio of your UX design work, and may include a short assignment based on an example product intent
