POSITION SUMMARYMEPPI's Critical Power Solutions Division (CPSD) is looking for a Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, report, and optimize paid search, social media, marketing communications, and lead generation initiatives for the Critical Power Solutions Division.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSOversee paid search programs and other marketing channels in collaboration with contracted agencies.Continually measure, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of paid search, social media, trade, event, and other marketing channels. Conduct A/B tests of marketing assets and audiences, spend, results, and trends. Utilize data and insights to refine and optimize marketing channel investments.Support the development of relevant content for all Division digital and printed marketing communications.Assist with gathering and aggregating supporting information and material for content development. Prepare, utilize, and archive marketing content briefs that outline key elements of planned content.Support the development of brand and product messaging, value proposition statements, and marketing assets.Support the creation of the content development and editorial calendar/schedule. Proofread and provide feedback on content drafted by marketing department colleagues.Support planning and implementation of new website updates and search engine optimization.Organize and maintain content development projects and files per Department processes.Organize and maintain marketing documents and deliver assets to customers, employees, and channel partners. Maintain marketing document repositories including division website, intranet and extranet. Update and republish content in response to engineering change notices.Prepare print ready files for printing service providers as needed.Stay informed of marketing trends and emerging marketing platforms and tools. Integrate new practices and capabilities that will support the strategic roadmap and provide competitive advantage.Further the goals and positive, professional image of the Division through effective marketing and communication methods and deliverables.QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales and marketing of technical capital goods and related services, or equivalent education and experience.Intermediate knowledge of managing and optimizing paid search and social media campaigns, focusing on budget management, audience targeting, keyword analysis, and performance analysis.Advanced interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills required to communicate with internal and external customers.Intermediate analytical skills and problem-solving skills.Ability to work in a team environment and to work on multiple projects simultaneously.Intermediate computer skills with emphasis on Umbraco (website content management), Adobe Creative Cloud (graphic design), SharePoint (intranet and extranet content management) and Microsoft Office software.
